Mechanical & Distribution
In the mechanical room the energy well, heat pump and distribution network come together to create the GeoExchange system.
Fluid is circulated by the flow centre through the energy well to the heat pump. The heat pump extracts the heat from the energy well. The heat is then upgraded using a compression cycle and evenly distributed through the forced air ducting network.
In cooling mode the heat is taken out of the house via the heat pump and deposited back into the energy well.
Domestic hot water production can be supplemented using the extra energy produced by the heat pump. The heat is captured by the desuperheater and sent to your hot water tank.
